We have so much happening this week at McCurdy’s, you definitely want to stop what you’re doing and check out our calendar right now! First up, we have Brett Leake, the best sit-down stand-up comedian you’ll ever see. While muscular dystrophy is doing it’s worst with his physical form, Brett continues to entertain select audiences in small venues with his “above the belt” and “between the ears” clean comedy with a message: Live life to the fullest. As a corporate comedian and funny motivational speaker, Brett uses his story to inspire others. With accolades from Jerry Seinfeld and Jay Leno, Brett has appeared multiple times on the Tonight Show (both with Carson and Leno), the MDA telethons with Jerry Lewis, a PBS special and an award-winning documentary film “Knuckleball.” Catch Brett Leake this week, December 19-23, on our stage!

If you’re finally ready to try your hand at stand-up comedy, sign up for our Open Mic Night, every Wednesday from 9-10pm in our Green Room. This could be your breakthrough moment!
