A Different World

This week at McCurdy’s we welcome long-time, world-renowned comedian, Sinbad, to our stage! This 90s TV sitcom sensation made a name for himself with shows like A Different World, a spin-off from The Cosby Show, and later premiered his own show, The Sinbad Show, on Fox. Sinbad has starred in multiple film productions and has performed 6 one-hour specials: four on HBO and the last two on Comedy Central. Hailed as one of the “100 Greatest Standups of All Time” by Comedy Central, Sinbad has become an icon in the comedy world and he’s not slowing down anytime soon.

One of our favorite aspects of Sinbad’s comedy is that it’s always clean. He rarely uses profanity yet tells stories that are relatable and profound at the same time. Each show has a unique, organic quality to it. Even if you’ve seen Sinbad before, you haven’t seen THIS show yet!  Come see what makes a great comedian withstand the test of time this week as we welcome Sinbad on July 27-29.
